Andrey Ivanovich Skorodumov was born in 1960. In 1983 he graduated from The Military Telecommunications Institute in Kiev .

Mr. Skorodumov has been involved into telecommunications research activities for more than 25 years, holds Ph.D degree since 1991. He has more than 50 publications as well as numerous scientific works and inventions.

Andrey Skorodumov was elected as the Executive Director of the Infocommunication Union (former 3G Association) since it's establishment in 1999 year.

In 2004 year he obtained the Master of Business Administration (MBA) degree from the Plekhanov Russian Academy of Economics.

Andrey Skorodumov is the full member of the International Telecommunications Academy .
