Ivan Omelyanyuk

Ivan Omelyanyuk was born on 3 July in 1942 in Ukraine.
In 1971 he finished National Technical University, radioengineering department.
1971-1975 – postgraduate education at National Technical University.
1971-1992 – worked as engineer at Kiev Research Institute “Kvant”, then as Head of scientific-research sector.
From 1992 – general director of scientific production enterprise “Kvant-Efir”, the first company in Ukraine that started development and production of modern TV and Broadcasting transmitting equipment.
Head of the first DVB-T system development and implementation project in Kiev in 2002–2003.
Information committee consultant at Supreme Council of Ukraine.
In 2006 was awarded for the best technical presentation at the International Exhibition and conference IBC-2006 in Amsterdam.
