Oleg Sobolev finished Kharkov State Technical University of Radio Electronics in 1994.
Worked as:
- chief of Public Relations dept in Kvazar Micro Ltd,
- chief of editors of "ComputerWorld/Ukraine" newspaper, "Hi-Tech Panorama " and "Next" magazines.
At present moment publisher the following editions: "Wireless Ukraine Review" (Ukraine), also Executive Director of Wireless Ukraine Association since 2003 year.
