LoukineMr. Michael Loukine is a Senior Consultant at The Technology Partnership (TTP) plc ( Cambridge , UK ) - one the largest European independent technology and product development companies. The company comes to help its clients to meet tight timescales in their new product & service introduction by complementing the client's skills in various areas of expertise. Since 1998 TTP was involved in digital broadcast projects; a number of innovative digital radio and TV products on the European market are based on TTP's intellectual property.
Mr. Loukine has 18 years of experience in wireless, broadcast and microwave communications industries, six years of which in consultancy roles. In his consultancy assignments Mr. Loukine was involved in various technology areas, including mobile TV, DAB, Bluetooth, GSM, wireless telemetry, RFID and wireless digital video. Currently he is driving the technology management stream of business within TTP, advising on business aspects of introducing new technologies into the market.
His prior experience includes performing and managing development and introducing new products, such as commercial and military microwave systems, RFID, short-wave and satellite communications (VSAT) systems. He has been awarded a number of patents.
Mr. Loukine holds a Master of Business Administration (MBA) degree from the Open University (UK) and a Master of Science degree in Electronic Engineering (MSEE) from Moscow Institute of Electronic Engineering (Russia).
