Born in Rome in 1951. He graduated from the University of Rome's Faculty of Science, where he was also Lecturer. He has more than 15 years of experience in the wireless industry.
As of January 2002 he joined Qualcomm Inc. as Business Development Senior Director with the task of managing and developing the presence of Qualcomm into the European market in connection with the transition to 3G services. At present he is in charge of Business Development activities in Central and Eastern European Countries and in Russia.
He is also supports the Business Development efforts in Europe for the MediaFLO initiative aimed at providing mobile multimedia multicast services.
Previously he served as Business Development Director of Elsacom N.V. a Dutch company controlled by the Finmeccanica Group of Italy formed to develop fixed and mobile Telecommunication Services.
